A Deportation order is issued for an individual and people think he is automatically going to be deported. That’s not always the case . He has to be interviewed by a representative of the embassy from the country he says he is from. If the rep says he is not one of theirs then he is going nowhere. It up to the country to take him back. Then we are stuck with him. It’s the same with these asylum seekers . They will say they are from another unsafe country and if they are unsuccessful with their claim they cannot be deported to that country because that country knows the deportee is not one of theirs. They get to say here for good! The Minister for Justice doesn’t mention that now does she!
